About me

Priscilla is inspired by her love of nature and art.

She began painting in 1973 and has studied at the Buckhorn School of Fine Art,  Visual Arts Centre in Mississauga,  Neilsen Park Creative Centre and the Bridgewater Retreat Art School.

In 1977,  she opened Artique Canada, an art gallery in Toronto, where she displayed her paintings for many years.  Her clients include many major corporations art galleries and art collectors  throughout the world.

Her appreciation for the Group of Seven, coupled with her fascination with Ontario’s natural landscape has provided motivation and creativity for her to paint.

On location she paints/sketches to focus on the essence of the subject.

" Each painting is a new discovery and experience.  My goal as an artist is to capture the sense of light and colour in a personal way."
